catch up

Hi there... not much up with me. I started drawing again after months of nothing... well actually I was doing a shit load of crafts instead.... I really want to have a table @ Sakuracon next year (and an Etsy store eventually), but I think I'll do like 70% crafts and then some art. I really love crafts because there is so many different venues to master! It's like an ADD's dream lol.

I'm also trying to make like a huge library of my art on tumblr (for myself, I've always wanted to do something like that), I'll maybe post a link up to that eventually after I've uploaded everything.

yeah haven't spent a lot of time drawing but over some time i've accumulated some craft stuff  i've done this and last year. i'm not really good at this kind of thing (i'm especially bad at anything involving thread)... mostly i just wind up gluing stuff together.

little life update and dump

+ i got a job gathering money for charities! i have very little job experience so i'm really excited especially since i'm doing something like this. i'm not ignorant of the controversy about charitable organizations: about their use of donations or the worth of people donating to such organizations, but i'm still very happy to work for them, because regardless, they do help some people. anyway i'm really happy!

+ i'm leaving for fl in a few days for xmas vacation, and subsequently this laptop behind so this is me quickly dumping some files on here before i leave. let me prelude these drawings though and say that i basically forgot how to draw.

hey ! popping out of nowhere.... to say it's november again! it's been a year already! i remember i drew a lot this time last year so i thought it would be nice to do sketchavember again. i haven't drawn anything for like a whole month though (and haven't posted anything for longer), so we'll see...

so i've been watching the original star trek lately like a true nerd ... i actually like it a lot better than the '09 movie. it's dorkier (special effects from the 60s!!) but actually really endearing, and unintentionally hilarious. also william shatner is my bff

i had more stuff to post, but for some reason blogger isn't letting me, it's ok though they're all worthless sketches, i'll post them next time i guess!
